Her work Changing the Conversation, emphasises the importances of this: the necessity to realign people's perceptions of beauty. Changing the conversation is a visual dialogue to the world. Through shooting photos of burn victims and amputees amongst other disabilities, Setia hopes to help open the world to acceptance to rewrite bias perceptions and break the cycle. Setia states if can make even the slightest impact, that's one step towards change.

As well as being a Multi award winning photographer, she has been published in well established magazines such as Vanity Fair, Forbes and Goodhouse and is part of the EFTI in Spain for reputable photographers.
